How do I contact you?

You can reach out by calling or texting at (516) 515-1382.

We responded the quickest by text or through messenger on Facebook.

If you'd like to visit us, check out our current store hours and get directions through Google Maps

What is your return Policy?

We do not offer refunds but will be happy to exchange your purchase for another item or a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of purchase.

All furniture, vintage, antique, custom and upcycled items are FINAL SALE.

Items purchased from our artisans are subject to their individual return policies and must reach out to them directly.

How often are new products received?

Now that we are only selling Fusion Mineral Paint, you will start seeing more inventory added to the store weekly.

If we are out of stock on something, you can order it online and it will be added to our weekly inventory order. All orders must be received by Sunday at 11pm.

Why does it take so long to receive my Fusion Paint

Fusion ships from the Toronto, Canada area and is subject to border crossing inspections.

Once a weekly order has been placed by us, it's takes about 3 business days for Fusion to process the order & 5 business days in transit.

If you miss our weekly cutoff for ordering, you can add it to the following week or put a RUSH on it for $30.

Why would I add RUSH ordering?

Rush orders come directly from the warehouse and for those not wanting to wait for the Monday orders to be placed.

If you missed the order cutoff on Sunday, you can add this to your cart and the order will be placed immediately.

Standard shipping rates and timing still apply, but you can get all your Fusion & Redesign with Prima prodcuts in one spot.
