What is your return Policy?
We do not offer refunds but will be happy to exchange your purchase for another item or a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of purchase.
All furniture, vintage, antique, custom and upcycled items are FINAL SALE.
Why does it take so long to receive my Fusion Paint?
Fusion ships from the Toronto, Canada area and is subject to border crossing inspections.
Once a weekly order has been placed by us, it's takes about 3 business days for Fusion to process the order & 5 business days in transit.
If you miss our weekly cutoff for ordering, you can add it to the following week or put a RUSH on it for $30.
